  1. Apply for Admission
    • Select course and apply to a recognized university
    • Submit academic documents, passport, SOP, CV, language proficiency (IELTS/German)
  2. Receive Offer Letter
    • If accepted, you’ll receive a formal letter of admission from the university
  3. Open Blocked Account
    • Deposit approximately €11,208 into a German blocked account (proof of financial means)
  4. Visa Application Preparation
    • Gather required documents:
    • Academic Certificates
    • IELTS Certificate
    • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
    • CV / Resume
    • Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
    • Health Insurance
    • Proof of Blocked Account
    • University Offer Letter
    • Language Proof (if applicable)

    • Birth/Marriage Certificate (if applying with dependents)
  5. Book Embassy Appointment
    • Submit your application and attend biometric interview at German Embassy or VFS
  6. Visa Fee
    • Visa application charge: €75
  7. Wait for Decision
    • If approved, you will receive a National Student Visa (Type D) valid for 3–6 months
    • After arriving in Germany, apply for a residence permit for the duration of your studies
